38, Velasquez a delightful Apartment in the City Center
Located in the center of Palermo
Thanks to its central position the most important attractions of Palermo can be easily reached. You can admire Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama at about 300 meters walking through the shopping area of Via Ruggero Settimo. You can also walk through the historical Via Maqueda, full of typical shops and restaurants, to reach the Cathedral and Palazzo Asmundo passing by I Quattro Canti.
The house
The apartment of 95 square meters is located in the city center, in a tranquil and silent street close to any type of entertainment: bars, pubs, tea rooms, restaurants, fast food, pizzerias, trattorias, sushi bars, ethnic restaurants (Moroccan, Chinese, Japanese etc.). The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with high roofs and frescoes and balconies in all the large rooms and consists of a living room with dining table and sofas, a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, crockery and a table with chairs, two large bedrooms both equipped with wall-mounted TV and with a total of three double beds and one single and finally a comfortable bathroom with bidet and large shower.
The Wi Fi internet connection is in Giga Fiber and is included for our guests. Check in and check out are carried out in full autonomy and therefore our guests are free to enter and leave the accommodation without constraints. In fact, at the time of booking, a link / telephone number is sent for the opening of the door of the building and a code, valid for the entire stay, to be typed in the keypad for opening the entrance door.

The neighborhood
38, Velasquez is a charming apartment located on the first floor of a historic building and bound to the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage of the city of Palermo in the central Politeama district which takes its name from the homonymous theater which is only 200 meters far crossing the Via Ruggero Settimo which together with the perpendicular Via Principe di Belmonte and Via Generale Magliocco, is considered as the “living room” of Palermo, you will find yourself in front of the majestic and famous Teatro Massimo. From here only 10 minutes on foot, crossing the Via Maqueda, with exclusive pedestrian transit, you reach the Cathedral and on the way you can taste the typical dishes of Palermo street food.
